Manchester United FC - Postwar Champions


Man U had three periods of glory as league winners : the 50's (3 titles, a period ended by 
the Munich desaster), the 60's (2 titles + the European Cup 1968) and the 90's, by far 
the most famous (6 league titles from 1993 to 2000, + the European Cup 1999). Were league 
titles missed or not, Man U kept their standards high by often winning FA Cup (1948, 1963, 
1977, 1983, 1985, 1990, 1994, 1996), the League Cup (1992) and the European Cup Winners' 
Cup (1991).
