The cup "Escobar - Gerona" was donated by Mr. Ramiro Jouan to be played between the runner-ups of national leagues of Argentina and Uruguay. It was played at least 4 times.
Mr. Adrián Escobar and Mr. Héctor Gerona were presidents of the Argentine and Uruguayan associations respectively.
