      rescheduled several times (first scheduled as 2 matches in Singapore in
      January 1991, later home and away on Feb 28 (Palembang) and Mar 6 (Dalian)); 
      eventually Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian apparently were declared winners without
      any matches having been played but they declared their withdrawal in spring
      and were later disqualified by the AFC in June
