Played at Stade Jean Bouin [Porte de Montreuil, Paris XXème] Organized by the "Association Sportive et Culturelle Black Stars".

Apparently unrelated to Black Stars tournaments played in various African countries (Gabon 1992, Burkina Faso 1994, Niger 2002) between countries selections.
