NB: Guatemala withdrew after the incidents in the match against Costa Rica;
the organising committee first decided to award 2 points to all teams
still having to play Guatemala (Cuba, Honduras and Aruba) but following
a protest by Curaçao and consultation of FIFA, it was decided (on 25 August)
to annul all results of Guatemala.
