Tournament for clubs for East and Central Africa. 

Played in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, July 14-28.  

AS Vita Club (Kinshasa) entered as guests while Al-Salaam (Wau) became the
first club from South Sudan to enter an international tournament.
Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia and Sudan did not enter a team.
