NB: China were represented by club side South China A.A.
    line-up: "Archie" - Cheung Wing Hon, Pang Kap Yau - Fung Kai Ming (c),
             Tong Fuk Cheong, Mok Hing - Tai Cho Man, Leung Wing Tai,
             Kwok Po Kan, Yip Kwan, Kwok Shui Yan.
    Philippines were represented by a combination of the Bohemian and Sandow
    clubs (both from Manila), which consisted of Britons, Spanish and Americans 
    (contravening the official rules of the competition).

NB: after the tournament, China (i.e. South China AA) played another match against
    local champions Bohemian for the "Campeonato del carnaval":
 7- 2-1913 Bohemian Club     3-1 China
