Notes: - In 1999 FIFA deleted Olympics and Olympics Qualifying matches from its
records. However most FAs ignore FIFA ruling and continue to recognize their
Olympics and Olympics qualifying matches as official.
           - In 2005 FIFA announced that it would not recognize new matches as official
if more than 6 substitutions are used by any of the teams.
