Notes: the Malaysian Tigers was a developmental squad of young players, with the veteran
 Mokhtar Dahari as a guest player.  The senior Malaysian national team instead played in
 the President's Cup in South Korea which overlapped with this tournament. Both the Japanese
 and Uruguayan associations regard their matches vs Malaysia as full internationals; FIFA
 regards Uruguay vs Malaysia as full, but not Japan vs Malaysia.
