Rothmans Cup

Inter-club series featuring the local champions from Auckland, Wellington, 
Canterbury and Otago. The winners were considered to be unofficial New Zealand 
champions.

Winfield Provincial Championship

Provincial championship for the Winfield Trophy. The competition lasted only two seasons
due to the fact that tobacco sponsorship of sporting events was banned in New Zealand. 
Winfield was also the main sponsor of the National Soccer League (club championship) 
which folded in 1992.
