Apparently the relegation of Villa International was revoked, and
Mbale Heroes and Dairy Corporation merged after the season.

NB: Posta beat KCC 3-2 in a (final round?) match which condemned
    Miracle FC to relegation.

Promoted: Police [Jinja], as well as Simba SC [Lugazi], Bushenyi United,
Iganga Town Council and Arua Municipal Council FC.

NB: Nsambya is the country’s oldest club.
