   promoted the top 2 teams to First Division. As winner, Unión Huaral qualified
   for the Final Group and then they were promoted to First Division.
2. Internazionale withdrew before the start of the season, so all its matches were

3. Defensor Kiwi - Ciclista Lima was a merged team formed by Defensor Kiwi and
   Ciclista Lima. On the same terms, Meteor - Lawn Tennis was a merged team formed by
   Meteor Sport Club and Lawn Tennis de la  Exposición.

7. For 2008: Total Clean and Deportivo Municipal are relegated from First Division; and 
             Sport Águila is promoted from Copa Perú.
