Held Oct-Dec 2009; to determine distribution of clubs over divisions
one and two.  Clubs were divided into four groups of four; top-2 of
each group qualified for quarterfinals (and division one); bottom-2
for Plate Competition (and division two)

                             quarterfinalists)
