Second Level 2007

Notes

[1] The league season will be played in two stages, with the two stage
winners progressing to the post-season championship playoff series.
In the event of the same team winning both stages, there will be no
    playoff.

[2] Goyang Kookmin Bank had 20 points deducted for refusing promotion
to the K-League in 2006, after discovering that they would be required
to pay around $2.25 million USD general admission fee and would have
    to meet other stringent criteria.
To avoid this situation in 2007, N-League clubs had to declare whether
they would accept promotion before the start of the current season.
The clubs that would apperantly apply for entry to the K-League (provided
they win the N-league title) are: Ansan Hallelujah, Gangneung City,
Icheon Hummel, Seosan Citizen and Ulsan Mipo Dockyard.

Third Level 2007

Notes

[1] The inaugural K3 League season is operated on a test basis. Ten
clubs were specially selected by the Korean Football Association
to form the third tier of Korean football based on their infastructure
and access to adequate playing facilities.

[2] The league season will be played in two stages, with the two stage
winners and the two sides with the best overall records progressing
to the post-season championship playoff series. The four playoff teams
will gain entry to the 2008 Korean FA Cup.

[3] Depending on the success of the 2007 season, four regional K3 Leagues
will be created for 2008 with leagues in the Seoul, central, Honam
    and Yeongnam regions planned.

[4] Changwon Dudae changed their name to Changwon United ahead of the second
    stage.
