First Lady Tien Soeharto Women's Soccer Cup 1986 (Jakarta)

NB: this was the second edition of the tournament; the first edition
had been scheduled for 1984 (between 28 Oct and 6 Nov) but appears
to have been cancelled as invited countries did not confirm their
participation; however, Cempaka (i.e. club side Buana Putri) were
described as "holders" at the start of the second edition, because
of winning it in an invitational domestic championship in 1982.

China, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan withdrew.
The matches were 70 minutes in duration.
