Tournament for the "Oumar Bongo trophy".

NB: Originally there were to be two groups:
    Group A: Gabon, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea and Chad
    Group B: Cameroon, DR Congo, Sao Tome and Principe and Congo
    with the top-2 of each qualifying for the semifinals; 
    after Cameroon and DR Congo withdrew a league format was introduced.
