Wales Cups 2001/02

Welsh Cup (FA of Wales Cup)

Preliminary Round [Aug 25]
Caerau-Ely 3-0 Troedyrhiw
RTB Ebbw Vale 4-0 Pontypool Town

Welsh Cup first and second round draws based on geographical locations. Most
League of Wales clubs enter in the second round, apart from the previous
season's semi-finalists and others who receive a bye due to their position
in the League of Wales from a year earlier. These are dependant upon the
number of entrants to the competition.
If scores are level at the end of normal time, then extra-time and penalties
are played to find a winner.
