NB: originally planned to be contested between Zimbabwe U-20 and
Botswana U-20 on Apr 18, but this was cancelled, apparently
for financial reasons.
Holders Motor Action, who also finished in the top-4 of the
league 2005 (the normal prerequisite for entering) were not
invited, the organisers preferring Dynamos for financial
reasons (in terms of revenue generation, Motor Action would
still have been fourth behind Dynamos, Highlanders and CAPS
United but league runners-up Masvingo United were preferred
to them).
