The second Canadian Soccer League is a continuation of the CPSL and the old Canadian National Soccer League, but operated at a fully professional level. Croatia, Italia and Portuguese Supra were brought over from the CPSL II.
Before the season, Serbian White Eagles, Italia Shooters and
Caribbean Selects were added. Toronto Supra added name “Portuguese”.

North York, Windsor, London City, Serbia, Toronto Croatia, Italia and
Portuguese Supra. New teams were Trois-Rivieres and Canadian Lions.
