Regional Leagues

League format:
§	9 regional leagues of 7 to 10 team each. (from north to south:
        Hokkaido, Tohoku, Hoku-shin-etsu, Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku,
        Shikoku, Kyushu):
§	Each team play each other two times;
§	Top team at the end of the season qualify for the regional 
        play-off wich decide the entry in JFL (note the format is 
        subject to change each year);
§	Some leagues (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Kansai, Tokai, 
        Hoku-shin-estu, Tohoku) have a double division format, the 
        others (Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu ) have a single league format.

1.	In 2005, new format has been implemented: double league system

        promotion/relegation play-off again champions of prefectoral 
        divisions;

There is no draw, if 2 teams are levelled after 90 minutes,the winner 
is decided after penalty shoot-out.

loser after 90 minutes= 0 point.
