Note that until 1945/46 only Viennese teams were admitted, and the tournament was known as the "Wiener Cup".
In 1906/07 a tournament for the Wiener Cup was played as compensation for the abandoned championship ([Vie 19]):
1906/07 Floridsdorfer AC 1-0 First ViennaIn 1909/10 a cup tournament for 2. Klasse teams and reserve sides of 1. Klasse clubs was organised by the ÖFV:
1909/10 Cricketer Reserves 3-2 HerthaIn 1914/15 another cup competition was played because the league competition had been reduced to a single round due to the outbreak of World War I; participation was not obligatory.
1914/15 Floridsdorfer AC 3-1 AdmiraIn 1917/18 another cup competition was organised by the NÖFV; participation was not obligatory and Rapid and WAF did not enter; WAC were disqualified after beating Amateure, because of having shown up too late; the final was reached by Floridsdorfer AC and Amateure:
1917/18 Floridsdorfer AC n/p AmateureAt the match, the weather was bad, the pitch difficult to play and attendance low; the referee declared the pitch playable but both teams refused and insisted on moving the match by a week (in the hope of higher attendance and thus earnings); the NÖFV declared both teams had forfeited and withheld the Cup; the teams then played a match for a Cup made available by themselves and Floridsdorfer AC won 4-3.

Wiener Neustädter SC Remarks: Austria Wien were known as Amateure until the mid-twenties. Admira and Wacker Wien merged around 1970; later they merged with VfB Mödling and are now known as VfB Admira/Wacker Mödling. Wacker Innsbruck changed names an uncountable number of times, and also merged with WSG Wattens for a few seasons. Their current name is Wacker Tirol. FC Kärnten are a merger of Austria Klagenfurt and Villacher SV. All the above names are stripped of any sponsor names.
